Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago Kamla Persad-Bissessar held talks with UNDP Administrator Helen Clarke on Wednesday 6th April 2011. The meeting was held in Washington D.C. following the 2011 Organisation of American States (OAS) Hemispheric Summit. Talks focused on:

• Women Leaders as Agents of Change programme

• constitutional reform

• UNDP's research on Citizen Security in the Caribbean and the UN System

• UNDP's activities in Trinidad and Tobago
